Hey there! I’m Munpreet — a Product Manager currently working on the offerings team at Vitech Systems Group. I work at the intersection of strategy, user empathy, and execution in the insurance and retirement tech space. I specialize in turning complex business needs into clear, deliverable user stories and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.

My journey into product began with client-facing roles where I learned the importance of truly listening — not just to what users say, but what they need. Since stepping into product ownership, I’ve grown into a trusted voice between stakeholders and engineering, ensuring the “why” behind every feature is always front and center.

Beyond roadmaps and backlogs, I value transparency, cross-functional alignment, and human-centered design. I believe great products are built by empowered teams — and I aim to be the glue that brings vision, value, and velocity together.

Outside of work? I’m in the process of launching my own microbakery business (Bake and Blossom Co.), a garden enthusiast, and someone who’s always up for learning something new — whether it’s product strategy frameworks or how to grow the perfect dahlia!
